The Roditis variety meets the cosmopolitan varieties of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer and creates a wine complex to the nose, with hues of pineapple and notes of citrus composing an explosive aroma. The colour of the wine is golden yellow with green highlights. Its mouth is oleaginous, and ends in a long aftertaste. It is served cool at 8-10oC and it can harmoniously accompany grilled korigono.
